Orphie help
Orphie is a mileage log for gig drivers. You choose when to start, pause, and end a shift. Review the record, then save it on your phone. You do not need an account or a gig-app login.
Set up your log
Section titled “Set up your log”- Get started. Set up your language, apps, vehicle, and permissions.
- Choose your apps. Label a shift with one app or several, or add your own app name.
- Vehicles and odometer readings. Keep vehicle details and readings with your log.
- Languages and appearance. Choose your language and visual theme.
Record and review
Section titled “Record and review”- Log a shift. Use Start, Pause, End, and Save, and understand the short location window after End.
- Fix or add a shift. Edit a saved record, correct GPS miles with a reason, or add a shift by hand.
Keep and share your records
Section titled “Keep and share your records”- Taxes and export. Review yearly totals, share a PDF and CSV with your tax professional, or export all records.
- Privacy and your data. Understand local storage, optional city lookups, native maps, and deletion.
Orphie estimates mileage deductions. It does not decide which miles qualify or file your taxes. Export is available, but Orphie does not yet offer backup or restore.
